Best Western Gun Barrel City Inn

Still can’t believe there’s a city called “Gun Barrel City” Only In Texas.. This place was pretty good. Nice looking pool and our room was neat and tidy. We had a good nights sleep and the room was a fair price. Wifi didn’t work but turns out they only turn it on when guests request it. We had to ask 3 times before it finally got turned on. the only other thing is the advertised breakfast but when we went to have a look there was 1 banana and a few muffins. Not even enough for our group let alone other guests. For the most part though it was pretty good..

Forgot I never came back to finish my review. Nothing wrong with place. Just simple, clean and easy drive to Canton. We don't drink and drive and found the local Chili's chain walkable from the motel. Rooms were decent and clean. Would have rather stayed in Canton, but, you have to reserve at least a year in advance. This place worked out fine for us.

The hotel manager made sure that the stay was worth it. went above expectation to insure guest satisfaction. the room was clean and well stocked. highly recommend this place above other hotels in gun-barrel.
