Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Houston

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Other than being able to do our laundry in the machines provided, every part of our stay was disappointing. Was dirty with cigarette ash in our bedside table, cockroach’s in bathroom. Shower didn’t work. The sink and bath had no working plugs so unable to wash. Think a prison would be a nicer place to stay.

Dirty. Not only did they not do extra cleaning, they did not do basic cleaning. Windows were dirty. Every surface was dusty. Bathroom floor was not cleaned or not well. Priceline would no nothing but tell me to talk to deak. I did, 2nd room just as dirty, but AC worked there.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The TV didn't work they have roaches Electric sockets that are damage. Hole in the mattress It wasn't clean By far the worst hotel I've ever been to. My sister ended up staying ant my house.
