Baymont Inn Hobby Airport

Very bad experience. Receptionist and cleaning staff are liers and burglars. They stole 50$+ worth of organic from from the fridge, they lied that it was thrown to the garbage and they did not reimburse me from their mistake. Horrible experience location.

I flew in late at night and so it was too late for me to find something else. Disappointed does not describe what I have been experiencing. I already had my room switched once because the first room had flies and smelled bad. The 2nd room was not any better. It’s a non-smoking room but it smells like smoke. It’s dirty. The linens are filthy. All the towels are stained. The comforter on the bed is cigarette burned and stained. There is hair on the floor from the previous occupant I’m assuming. And the worst I discovered this morning is ROACHES!! I will be ending my stay a day early. I asked to speak to the manager however they are not in yet. I would not wish this stay on my worst enemy.

This hotel has bedbugs you literally pay for what you get. There was blood on my sheets, i called the front desk and told that my sheets were dirty. She proceed to tell me that housekeeping left and won’t be back until the morning. I tried to play it cool but no I’m laying down and feel something crawling on me. Next thing you know I’m face to face with a bedbug worse experience ever. I’ve never left somewhere so fast. I’m totally disgusted.i asked for a refund and left .
