This is a bare bones basic hotel. The location is good near a nice development of shops and restaurants. But the hotel is not part of that complex- it’s a few blocks away in a more industrial area. My initial impression was terrible- the desk area is run down with makeshift shelving displaying snacks for sale. No lobby, just a small entrance. The room was ok, I was expecting worse and was relieved. But there was wear, a broken lampshade and a musty smell. My colleagues experienced a broken elevator and had to carry their luggage up 2-3 flights of stairs. The staff was nice and helpful, but, as for the hotel, I’m glad it was only one night. It was very cheap (which is why someone booked it), but unless you really need to cut costs, I’d look elsewhere.
