Comfort Inn Brookhollow

This hotel is disgraceful. On checking into the room I spent 30 minutes cleaning basic touch points. The toilet was stained, the bath had hairs in it and my bed sheet had hair on them. To be honest it looked as though the bed had been slept in. I found a dead cockroach under the sink on the bathroom. I left it there for the staff to remove and despite the room being serviced during the day today, the cockroach and other crap on the floor is still there this evening. I left the room this morning at 0930 and have just returned to the room at 2345 and I found the door open!! It has not been closed properly by the housekeeping staff. Fortunately all of my belongings were intact but I have money, a laptop and passport in my locked suitcase that could have very easily gone missing. This hotel is one to avoid. I am staying with friends who each have their own rooms. They have reported hairs in their rooms, cockroaches in the bath and bloodstained sheets on a newly made bed. Rodeway Inns and Suites, you should be ashamed.

Because of a recent experience at a Choice hotel a few miles from here I was skeptical about the area.This was a completely different experience.The outside appearance was much better than expected.A clean remodeled lobby with a warm welcome from the front desk.The room was freshly updated,very clean.Nice comfortable bed.Breakfast was the usual Rodeway Inn,nothing special but a nice variety,well stocked in an unusually clean newly remodeled room.There is a great Mexican restaurant across the street & several more in a 5 minuet or less walk,seems to be a safe enough place to take a walk.Lots of nearby shopping.I will stay again when traveling through the area..

Not what we expected from a Choice hotel partner Arrived in the afternoon, we checked in and went to the room, smelt musty, only 2 sets of towels when there was a part of 4. Breakfast was not that appealing and when asked for more bagels the answer was we dont have anymore only decent thing was the coffee
