RUN! If an airline tries to book you here with a voucher, do not go here. It was the absolute worst hotel I have ever been to in the US. The carpets are soaking wet in the hallways, indicating flooding, all the room smell like mildew and urine. We tried to stay in one roomand put the air conditioning on to get rid of the mold, smell… We all ended up sneezing and getting itchy mouths and throats within 30minutes. We had to abandon the hotel room at 1 AM, get a rental car, and drive four hours to our destination. Absolutely horrific experience. Even the man at the front desk looked at me and nodded his head knowingly when I said we absolutely can’t stay in that room. He didn’t even disagree It must’ve flooded recently, and they must be not planning on renovating it… Do not suffer and go there! There are more hotel hotels that are clean and affordable out

Overnight stay when traveling through IAH airport in Houston.
Met all our needs-free shuttle to and from airport, easy check-in & check-out, professional employees, prepandemic style complimentary breakfast buffet starting at 6 am (hot items like scrambled eggs, oatmeal, sausage links, hash browns, bread options; cold items included cereal, yogurt).
On Feb. 16, 2026, Marie kept the breakfast area well stocked for a very good experience-5 stars to her!
Clean facility, very comfortable beds, microwave, refrigerator.
* Excellent overall experience.
* No onsite restaurant. We didn't investigate offsite restaurants due to our limited time at the hotel.

This is the worst hotel EVER!! Stay away. When I made my reservations,I was told that I would have a suite with a kitchen, however that did not happen.
Alexis at the front desk, said she just spoke with Choice Privileges and told the representative that they did not have a kitchenette. However, that was not conveyed to me. She told me that she would switch the room the next day which she did.
The next day the room had a foul smell and again the TV was not working.
Seeing your poor reviews, I am in agreement with those reviews and a 10% discount was an insult. I was dissatisfied. I could not enjoy the television. Further, I had to go downstairs to get deodorizer which I do not see is noted on your report to spray the room so to cover the foul odor that permeated the room.
The general manager expressed no empathy at all. Instead, she tried to say that I should have made other changes and she's exactly right. I should have made other changes to go to another hotel.
