Doubletree Houston Greenway Plaza

We must’ve had the oldest room in the building. Stained floors, leaky ceilings, and we had to hear movie reviews all weekend because the room didn’t have a remote and they never bright one up after calling multiple times. I’ve stayed at plenty of DoubleTree Hotels but this one isn’t up to the standard.

Shoutout to Jacoby and Valentina for being super kind, cheery and helpful during our stay! The hotel restaurants and conference areas are nice! Very convenient to have a Starbucks inside the lobby as well. The rooms were clean but ok. The halls smelled old as soon as you step off of the elevator. But I’m giving it 5 stars because of how nice the staff is. Thank y’all!

Everyone from the front desk, Rocks bar & restaurant, Sprigs café, Maria & Carmen are all on top of their game & consistently provide excellent customer service with regard to all your needs. The valet team, Steven, Katia & Gael & others respond & take care of all your valet needs, always going above & beyond to assist. Whether regarding parking or shuttles they are the best. We love staying at this location & have been for the past 6 months. We highly recommend this location for your stay while in Houston. Thank you all
