Econolodge at NASA

The location is the best for everything. During my trip I was in town to see NASA and Kemah boardwalk. Galveston is close by too. The price is better than anything I’ve found in the area. Staff is accommodating and very receptive. Can not recommend enough.

This is not a 5 star hotel but I have not seen anything of them claiming to be. Our stay was very pleasant. The front desk was friendly and helpful. Yes, it is an older motel and shows signs of that but our room was clean and everything worked. Linens we're clean and bed was comfortable. Other guests were quiet and respectful. I've stayed at higher priced and higher rated hotels that turned out to be nightmares, Budgetel Inn has my respect and my future business when I'm back in the area.

i booked and paid for this hotel in advance for 2 nights. I arrived at 12 am with a sleeping child after 24hrs traveling to find a different hotel on site. this hotel fifnt have a reservation for us but let us stay if we paid again. It was late and i fifnt have many choices. I complained to alpha room the next day to find they actually emailed me while i was in the air offering an alternative 40 miles away!!! they refunded the money but refused to compensate me further or even reply to the complaint. terrible service
