This was an amazing hotel we spent 2 weeks here and had the best time. The food the rooms the service we received were all 10/10 the pool was also nice to have in an hotel. The whole staff were very pleasant and welcoming & even though there was work being under taking on the 3rd floor it didn’t affect our stay at all. The receptionist Cindy and Philip couldn’t do enough for us always there with a smile. Would definitely use this hotel again if in America.

Terrible place. Run down. Poor service at the desk. Musty rooms. As Hilton Honors guests we were not greeted when we arrived or recognized as such. We don’t really care about that but the Hilton company does.. and the desk argued with us about our room number of all things! (We had left the phone with our digital room key upstairs when we went down to breakfast and had to ask for a key card.) Like we didn’t know what room we slept in overnight.. she repeatedly assured us that we were in a different room until the man who was actually assigned to the room she kept saying was ours happened by and heard the conversation.. he told her that was his room number! We won’t be staying here again. Insincere apologies followed. Good grief!
