HILTON HOUSTON NASA CLEAR LAKE HOTEL

Where im from(New Orleans) Hilton is a very nice and popular hotel to stay in. However we booked this one on Nassa in TX. The experience was horrible. The hotel smelled like old dirty moist rugs the pool was advertised as clear blue water we got there and it was a dark green color. The room had mold stains on the ceiling and rust on the doors. And ants all in the tub. The hotel need ti be updated and modeled ASAP. We could not sleep because it was nasty and uncomfortable. I wanted to get a refund but we was visiting from New Orleans and had no time to find a different hotel. We paid almost $300 to stay there and wpuld have done better at a different hotel. $300 !and the hotel was nasty. We was not able to experience the pool either.

Excellent service from all staff, from check in, to housekeeping and especially the Dining Room with Ludy and Andrew Taylor at the desk.

Andrew was a HUGE help when we were unloading our gear.
