Holiday Inn Houston Intercontinental Airport

Do not park at this hotel to take a shuttle to the airport. Way.com does not say that the shuttle does not go to Terminal E and the front desk staff is very rude and unsympathetic. 6 pieces of luggage and we have to take a train from terminal C!!! Please do not park at this hotel in future if you are traveling from terminal E

Horrible. Stained carpet everywhere. Radioactive green-colored water in the unusable pool. No water one night. No restaurant staff one day and told by some other emps they hadn’t been paid in a month. Our company ultimately pulled all of us after mold was found in several rooms. No driver on another day for hotel shuttle so we Ubered instead from IAH. Hate to say it but typical kind of owners in this business known for paying themselves before they pay vendors and staff. Can’t believe IHG lets them continue with their flag. Only redeeming quality is the staff that puts up with it.

Late check in, but service was good! Perfect for a good sleep.
