Hotel 31 Houston Near the Galleria

It is a beautiful hotel. Great view from hotel of ocean. Amanda at the front desk was courteous and excellent at explaining how to get around with nest local places to eat. The courtyard Marriott was clean and relaxing.

I had to stay here for a conference. The hotel is not in an appealing location off the highway. That said this is a great hotel. Friendly, clean and a really great hotel. The food was good and staff is one of the best I have experienced in a long time. Great place to stay.

I will state Westin has always been a favorite of mine however the Westin galleria really missed the mark on this one it's still a great hotel but just not up to the " Westin Quality " that I love apples to apples the Westin oaks is ohhhhhh yeahhh good the Westin galleria is good it just does not have the over all Westin feel or Quality
