Our stay was amazing! We ate at the Monarch restaurant a few times and I have to say that our server Austin was fantastic! He made the best latte I think I've ever had and his service was exceptional.

Wow, third time at Hotel Zaza Museum District Houston and I wish I didn’t have to leave. The hotel is an art experience that is the perfect accompaniment to our family art trip to the nearby museums. We once again had amazing service at every turn! I can’t say enough to fully compliment Alex and Austin C. - so nice, professional, friendly and helpful. Julia in the restaurant is simply a treasure, a delight, and a fine human being! She always greeted us with a smile and a welcoming attitude, keeping everything fun and easy. Can we adopt her, please? Judith is a top notch manager and we enjoyed her hospitality and fun spirit each time we saw her. She helped make our stay perfect and memorable. We will be back!

We had a fantastic stay and especially enjoyed the monarch restaurant/bar! Specifically Judith, Julia, and Alex were so so kind to us and made our family birthday trip memorable and extra fun!! Seriously, give those 3 a raise.
