La Quinta Houston Hobby Airport

Overpriced dump. Every surface in our room was sticky and dirty. The towels were tiny ... more like a hand towel than a regular bath towel. Basically, the housekeeping staff appear to be useless. There were no bathroom amenities in the room. When asked, the idiot on reception said "we haven't had a delivery". What a lame excuse! Any competent establishment would take a few dollars out of petty cash and pop down to the local dollar store for a bunch of supplies rather than leave their customers short-changed. Apparently, that would be too much to ask from these slack, uncaring, underworld, underpaid hotel managers.

I usually love this chain, but the one I stayed (Hobby airport location) was very disappointing and disgusting. Carpets everywhere were dirty, I had makeup on my sheets, tub was dirty and the paint was peeling, rust everywhere, crumbs on the desk, phone did not work. Water spots on the ceiling. This hotel needs ALOT of TLC. I have never experienced a Laquinta like this. I will NEVER stay here again. They didn't even have snacks available for purchase.

Check Aaron was very smooth, and the desk assistant was extremely helpful. The room was very clean and the bed was slightly firm and comfortable. The hotel is near the airport. However, the walls are very insulated and we never heard any of the air traffic. It was very quiet! We had trouble finding a specific channel to watch sports and the front desk assistant was over the top and helping us with the correct channel. would stay here again.
