La Quinta Inn & Suites Willowbrook

I called before booking to verify there was a pool only to be told at check in that the pool was dirty and therefore not available for use. Our room did not have clean towels. I had to go to the front desk to pick up towels The garbage in our room under the kitchen sink had not been emptied - we had to put it outside of our room door because it was that overflown My grandson tripped when his foot got tangled in the tattered carpet leading from the kitchen When we got up in the morning the halls reeked of marijuana The hotel is dim and dingy looking and it's not a good look to have mouse baits right at the elevator door That was a very disappointing and disgusting stay and a complete loss of my money. The front desk took down my name and number for a manager to give me a call....I'm still waiting VERY DISAPPOINTING STAY!!!

This motel is noisy, constant banging, the front desk staff is extremely rude and random charges showed up on our account. We asked the staff about it and she became very aggressive. Housekeeping, have no idea what they are paid to do because the rooms are musty, burns in the carpet, filthy couch in the room and housekeeping won't come by to pick up trash or soiled linens. This motel is poorly run and should be shut down immediately. I have traveled to many states but my stay in Texas has been a tragedy due to this motel experience.

Nikki at the front desk, is absolutely amazing and great at multitasking while keeping great customer service! She made our stay amazing. Hotel is great as well, free laundry machines on each floor! 10/10 would stay again :)
