Quality Inn Hobby Airport

This place was a hit or miss regarding reviews. I decided I would stay here, trying to save money! Worst mistake in this entire trip. I went through 3 rooms. The first room, lights were not working, the second room either was occupied or hadn’t been cleaned and it was disturbing the things I saw, the third one had a large bug that looked like it just stopped crawling on top of the mini fridge and died. In less than an hour i checked in went through three terrible rooms and checked out. The girl up front was getting a little besides herself, but I left that raggedy place and I would not recommend this spot to anyone. The people that tricked me and said it was clean, are the same people that don’t wash their legs, or hair or butt or shower everyday or have any self respect for that matter! This place needs to be burned to the ground. Around the back looks like a hood spot, its hotel chairs and small grills and no grass, but dirt only. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! And for anyone looking for a pool, its filled with concrete, I wonder why. I don’t care though. I would have rather slept in the rental!

The check-in was OK the girl upfront was very unfriendly she had another girl with her who was wearing a very skimpy tank top. I got to my room the room was OK there was a big rust stain in the bathtub but I’m understanding. I called The front desk because I forgot to inquire about the shuttle service at check-in the phone rang and rang and no one answered give them 10 minutes call back then again no one answered so I went up front both the girls were out in the front talking to somebody in the car stood there for five minutes before the girl even acknowledge that I was there. At check-out, one of the girls was asleep up front, the other was holding a baby. I had to wake up the girl up front in order to get a shuttle called.

Room was big, only stayed 5 hrs before back to airport for early rebooked flight. Free shuttle was a blessing. Dated but clean and comfortable. Very close to the airport. Staff were great. Shuttle was right on time.
