Quality Inn & Suites Westchase/Beltway 8

I went to this hotel during my business trip to Houston. The elevator was out if order (seems a problem that other customers had already several months ago) but the worst is: Bedbugs in my bed, drug dealers on the stairs (inside the hotel!!!) and at the hallway. Please just shut down this building ASAP!!! #POLICEOFHOUSTON

don’t stay here. Everything was broke, they have freaking roaches and the place smells like pee. Elevator was broken, toilet was nasty. 0/10. I’ve stayed at cheaper hotels that were cleaner than this.

Place feels like a motel. It’s cheap so you really get what you paid for. Check the yelp reviews for this one, not sure why it’s rating is so high on TripAdvisor. Our tv screen was cracked and the door did not lock
