Ramada Limited Airport

What a NIGHTMARE. This place was like an indoor motel 6. We were there over an hour and my family stayed sweating the room was so hot. We tried multiple rooms and they were both scorching hot. My infant was with me and screamed miserably until we left while in nothing but a diaper. She also got bit by something while in the room. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. At all. Ever. Horrible experience and forced to go stay elsewhere with no refund.

The food was pretty mediocre. It's the service that was terrible not only is the gentleman Diego rude but he's very slow. Doesn't even have very many customers in there, but still ignores his responsibility to take care of the customers. Food was served almost cold. I got my salad at the same time that I got my meal SMH a salad that I asked to substitute instead of fries, which is listed on their menu then when he charged me for the salad, I mentioned it to him and he called me a Karen I asked if he had a boss or a supervisor he said no find it out yourself very rude. Very disrespectful. I'm very disappointed that this is attached to a Wyndham property because I thought Wyndham held their hotels and their restaurants to a higher regard. I would avoid this place by any means DoorDash and Waffle House are better than this place overpriced and underserved HIRE NEW STAFF.

We Waited 90 mins for a shuttle from the airport which didn't show, we called this hotel twice, and both times they said it was on its way and it shouldn't be more than fifteen minutes at the longest, in the end we got a taxi, we talked to the receptionist when we got there but all she said was that She had messaged the shuttle twice about it and he never replied, they also ask for a extra $100 refundable deposit when checking in which was no mention of when booking. Hopefully the refund is more reliable than their shuttle driver.
