Charged $300 for smoking — even though no smoking happened in the room. Stayed here recently and got charged $300 after checkout because they said there were “wrappers in the room” and it “smelt like weed.” Yes, I had legal, store-bought cannabis (which is allowed in Texas — like Delta-8 and similar hemp products you can buy at licensed shops). I rolled it in the room but only smoked outside in designated areas. There was no smoking inside. They used the smell and some wrappers in the trash as “evidence,” which is ridiculous. If that’s the standard, anyone traveling with legal products could be wrongly charged. When I called to explain, they refused to listen and insisted that wrappers and a smell were enough. That’s not how hospitality or fairness works. I won’t be staying here again — but if you’re into hidden charges, sketchy policies, and getting blamed for things you didn’t do, then this place might be perfect for you.

Clean rooms (even the carpet)- A/C works good- plenty hot water- quiet (no loud guest)- safe area in Houston- free parking- convenience store / Restaurant(s) /Bars all within walking distance. Very close to Washington Street with numerous great Restaurants and night life. And affordable.

My husband and myself and 2 small kids stay location was great we walked over to memorial park perfect for families location is great a gas station across the way a mc donalds and a pub in walking distance on the bus line. OUR room was clean and everything was in excellent order and to be expected. Staff was attentive and courtesy we will definitely be back when we are back in houston. Thank you all so much
