SUPER 8 HOUSTON/I-10/FEDERAL ROAD

Went here for a business trip. Beautiful hotel. The front desk attendents are patient and kind. The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was immaculate and comfortable. Great & safe location.The indoor pool is great. I will visit this place again.

Bugs in the room and unhealthy breakfast area is not a safe environment for anyone. When looking for a place to rest, you should not have to deal with a place that is not sanitary and could be harmful to you and your family

My room was unclean and there were roaches. The beds were uncomfortable and pillows were paper thin. I was unable to get my money back therefore we were stuck spending the night. The next morning when we went to breakfast there was hair in the muffins. Will never stay here again.
