My SUV damaged badly, the pipes were cut, and waste my time and a lot of money, very bad experiences

Let me just start with, I would give them 0 stars if it was an option. I am an American Airlines Member and booked through them. They should really consider removing this hotel for their members. Our original flight was cancelled due to weather. I called and explained the situation and wanted to make sure they held my room, as I had already paid and was not able to make it in till the next morning at 8am. The lady who answered the phone, was aggressive and rude. She hung up on me 3 times, all while I’m panicking because we needed that room for my daughter’s event. I offered every solution to confirm they would hold my room. I waited 3.5hrs for her to finally call me back and tell me my room was already paid in full and would be held for me. Ok fine, problem solved. No, we get there check in the next morning around 8am and are set for room 138 downstairs on the first floor. We were immediately met with the smell of mold and a loud dryer fan in the hallways. As we get in the room I notice what looked like water damage on all the doors and the room felt wet. The bedding was damp, the towels were damp and after hanging up my daughter clothes for 1 day in the closet they felt wet to the touch. It rained while we were there which only made things worse. The hallways were soaked with water, I was walking in puddles and this is a known issue to them because the continually sprayed airfresher to mask the mold smell and had the 1 single dryer in the hallway. This part of the hotel should have been shutdown!!! It was uninhabitable! I can only imagine people with asthma or other issues being forced to stay down there. I filed a complaint with Marriott Bonvoy the day I got home, received one email and never heard back. I filed a complaint with corporate and was finally given a case number. Do not stay there!!!!! They do not care about your health!

Two nights in this hotel for a conference. It was not us who chose the hotel. The room is large with decor worthy of the 80s... Everything is brown: furniture, plain carpet, walls... in short, there is no desire to linger here. The bathroom is small considering the size of the bedroom. Daily cleaning, but a persistent musty smell? American breakfast is too expensive for the limited choices and quality. The prices of drinks at the bar are exorbitant.
