Park Inn DFW Airport South, TX

This hotel is in a perfect location. Some of the other reviews are not fair. The room is very spacious. (I was in twin queen room). plenty for breakfast, from hot food, porridge/oats, toast, muffins, waffles. Daniel on reception couldn’t be more helpful, he is a credit to the hotel. Went out of his way many times for us. Great value for money. In other reviews people mention loads of cockroaches, in 4 nights we were there we seen 5 max, you will always get these in a hot humid location. But don’t let that put you off. The room was clean when we arrived and was cleaned during stay. Only noise issue was the person in the room walking backwards and forwards one night between 1am and 3am this is not the hotels fault. Friendly hotel, Cozy and welcoming atmosphere — again Daniel made it feel very personal.

Warning: DO NOT stay here!!! There were multiple bugs in our room. Also, when you take a shower..You are taking a bath at the same time because the drain is clogged..that was very unpleasant. The carpet in this hotel is nasty and torn in places. I lysoled everything in the room and didn't want to touch my bare feet on the disgusting carpet. The toilet made a long high pitched whine everytime you flushed it.. and they have no where for you to hang your towels. The fridge didn't close good, and the bed sheets were on backwards. Some of the drawers were janky and the tile was nasty in the bathroom. There is no excuse for this rundown, unkept, nasty bug-infested place!!

American Airlines provided us with this hotel as our flt was delayed . The room was very musty and the smell was very bad, my son had to cover himself with a mask while he slept . When I asked the front desk I was told the smell was due to ac which was not the case. Recommend American Airlines not to offer this hotel .
