I liked the fact that one can order a meal and they will deliver to your room at no charge. Overall an average experience except for the customer service at checkout time .Person behind the counter was on the phone the whole time during the 5 minutes I was waiting for a receipt. He said nothing. I told him I would be in the lobby waiting but he never came out .Poor customer service on their part

I can always count on this team to make my experience awesome and meaningful! Never have any issues that are not immediately handled to my satisfaction.

The staff are friendly and helpful. They are always welcoming. They remember my preferences every visit which makes me feel valued. Within walking distance to work, and shuttle to airport.
