Absolutely HORRIBLE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TOME OR MONEY!! Paid extra for a kitchenette and when we opened the cabinet/drawers it was bear-went to the front desk and asked for frying pan utensils and a plate and they said they do not provide that. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! What is the sense in reserving a kitchenette when there is nothing to cook with. Do not waste your money or time.

Close to everything in kemah ,rooms were very clean

My stay was disappointing due to multiple cleanliness and maintenance issues throughout the hotel. The room had mold, rust in the bathroom, dusty outdated furniture, and wet carpet that made the room feel uncomfortable and unclean. The conditions also triggered my allergies. The internet was very slow, and the TV setup was confusing because it required multiple remotes just to watch cable. The pool area was dirty and still had debris left behind the next morning. The breakfast quality was poor, and I did not see the expected snack or mini mart area available. In addition, the exit door near my room did not work properly, so I constantly had to walk through the lobby to get back to my room. Outside, the grass was overgrown and the property looked poorly maintained overall. I did not report the issues during my stay because I was already tired and just wanted to rest. Overall, the hotel needs major improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, amenities, and guest comfort.
