Americas Best Value Inn of Kerrville

This place not only ruined our weekend it messed me up for weeks---------------disgusting would be way too good of a description!!!!!!

What to say: Toilet with yellow and hair, soap from previous guests who are still in the bathtub, dirty garbage can with just a plastic bag on the floor with a pod of coffee from whom? Missing a bulb to one of the lamps , fridge completely frosted , microwave in a state!!! Splashes inside and dirty smell....short after complaint at the reception, a gentleman comes and wants to fix things, but the lady with him very unpleasant, we point out the microwave , she only makes the door , we repeat , she makes only one side, the rest is always dirty , and the worst: she cleans with a bath towel 🤔🤔🤔 and a product in front of us , wahhhhh

The room was filthy and disgusting, toilet seat had hair and feces on it, Dead bugs all over the floor . We came in late at night and t were way overcharged for the room rate. this place put the D in disgusting, so if you would like a good nights sleep, I suggest you look elsewhere .
