Hamton Inn Laredo

Very nice hotel and very helpful staff, rooms were clean and updated.

I recently stayed at this hotel and everything was great — check in was fast and easy, room was clean, and we enjoyed breakfast the following morning. I wish I had gotten the name of the front desk person who checked us in Saturday 11/8 early afternoon — she was nice. She was also there Sunday morning.

Took an hour after check in to get room settled: Hairs left in the bathtub. There were coffee supplies but no coffee pot (and no outlet to plug it in either/had to plug it in half way across the room). No ice bucket. Ice machines out of order on 4 of the 5 floors. Found two M&Ms, a skittle, one rubber band and some fritos on the carpet in easy to get to places, like under the little desk thing, making me wonder if they vacuum. Woke up to find a roach in the bathroom. Roaches and ants crawling around the trash can in the broken ice machine areas. No plug for the bathtub-they bring one but don't check to see if it fits. Very little counter space in the bathroom. No fan in the bathroom so towels never get dry given the area's extreme humidity. Great gym (
