Holiday Inn Civic Center

Gorgeous renovations. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The pool is great and the hotel has two gyms! One downstairs on the main level (floor L) with cable machines and TRX bands. The second is upstairs (floor M) with cardio equipment and a full dumbbell set. The bar and the restaurant are also cute and cozy. We would definitely come back again and recommend this hotel. The staff was welcoming and offered vegan cookie options for my partner upon arrival. It’s the little things like this that make a stay extra special.

La Tapiz restaurant is excellent. The staff (Ricardo) was very attentive, hostess was also very pleasant. Chef Chavez food is excellent and she cater to our cravings. Will definitely visit again.

Everything about the Laredo, TX location is top notch. Each employee we have encountered has given us exceptional service. Special shout out to server Ricardo Salazar that tended to us in the restaurant. He is an absolute gem and provided us top notch service. Thank you Mr Salazar and the special little surprise at the end of our meal. You made our evening!
