Rodeway Inn Lewisville

Recently, my wife and her mother stayed one night at the Red Roof Inn. When they left in the morning, my mother in law, who is disabled, accidentally left her step stool in the hotel room. She called the hotel and they stated that yes they did have it, and then immediately said, no they didn't have it. They stole a step stool from a handicapped elderly woman!

Perfect place super quiet despite how many people where there. The only bad thing is it is next to some kind of truck place and It was VERY NOISY coming from there with diesel trucks starting up and the beep beep beep when they are I guess in reverse. It's a total shame because this place is NICE! So I certainly can't "penalize" them for it! Dominos delivered rather quickly! They also have a restaurant on site but I did not go there I had my dog in the room. Maybe next time I can get a room in a different spot with less noise from the truck place. Microwave! Mini Fridge! Bathtub! Great TV channel selection! Wanted a place with outdoor access from room for my dog. Even got to watch the rest of the football game! Good grub from Dominos wich is no more than two miles away!

Take a picture of the room when you first get there so you have proof you didn't steal anything. The guy is a scam artist. We checked out at 6am. 3.5 hours later he calls accusing us a stealing a pillow which there was only 2. He said I could bring the pillow back. My husband and I both told him there were only 2. I said I'd stop and take a picture of the car, there is no pillow. Nope he just charged my card.
