SUPER 8 LUBBOCK CIVIC CENTER

The Indian lady that checked me in forgot to return my driver's license. Her solution in returning it was to place the license in the key card slot, without telling me, and hope that I would see it. This was almost unbelievably negligent! Anyone passing by could have taken it.

Overpriced for condition of property. Needs renovating. Staff very nice. No breakfast, although advertised. Ice machine out of order. Had to go to front desk for new key card every time I needed in to room. Deadbolt did not work. Single woman travelling alone - not OK. Would not stay in a Super 8 again. Location was good

It can not be me!! I'm sorry I am very picky about where I lay my head! I'm not better than anyone but geeze!! First off that smell in the office! I can not stand that crap! Hey don't ask for anything extra you will be charged! Their parking? Forget it! Believe me you are being watched!! These places are cleaned with simple green! Um can we use some bleach? Especially in the tubs and toilet! One thing I can not stand is getting in a shower and slime in that shower disgusting! Always have a pair of flip flops $1 just for showers to you will thank me later!
