Recent stay was disappointing, got the hotel specifically for the hot tub. We get in the hot tub and it wasn't hot, temp was in the 80's. Just barely warm. Then no towels to dry off with. Had to get them from the desk after sitting in a cool hot tub. Always ask if it's hot before you book. Lesson learned.

I chose this hotel based on the reviews and expected a nice, comfortable stay for my family during a tournament weekend. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations. When we first walked in, the lobby and hallways had a strong gas and musty smell. I arrived at 11:30 AM and asked the front desk if we could check in early so we could get ready for the tournament. I was told the earliest we could check in was 1 PM, and there would be an additional $75 charge. While I didn’t want to pay that fee, we had no choice since we needed to get my kids ready to play within two hours. Once we got to our room, the musty smell continued. I had to wipe down the room myself because it was dusty, and I sprayed the beds since the sheets did not look clean. The couch in the room was also dirty. Throughout our stay from Friday to Monday, the strong odor in the hotel never went away and honestly, the smell is still stuck in my nose even after leaving. I don’t feel that paying nearly $600 for this stay was worth it given the overall cleanliness and condition of the hotel. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements

I booked a reservation and tried to cancel. I called the hotel and asked to speak to the manager, he stated he's not available today or tomorrow! I asked to change the date because I couldn't make it today, no we can't cancel or change the date. I called best Western help line and they called the hotel to ask them to cancel and they refused! I know that a manager should be available and I will never recommend that hotel to anyone! I paid with point so they could've refunded one night. I will see if I can find a homeless person that needs a bath and a bed...
