Renaissance Casa De Palmas Hotel

It is not a hotel that offers good service; it is unclear, they do not return the deposit at check-out, the staff is not attentive, and the rooms are not cleaned by the responsible personnel.

Lovely hotel. Beautiful rooms. Great balcony and pool area. Slept very well. Front Desk was very accommodating. We will be returning guest.

The location and hotel was beautiful, but I will not be staying at any Wyndham brand again because they do not clean your room daily. For the price, this is the bare minimum that should be expected. They don't even make the beds or change your towels like Holiday Inn or Hilton.
