Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Suites Mesquite

Everything was perfect the rooms were very clean the pillows were soft the bathroom very clean the pool is inside so if it is raining or cold outside we could enjoy the pool the shops are nearby there are variety of restaurants near the hotel

they stole my father's truck after arrival and people in this hotel didn't help at all, blind parent and sibling with an ancle hurt and mom left immobilized they took all belonging medication needed for my dad ugh this was so frustrating. and manager hiding from cops what else can I say? I'm so disappointed from this hotel we literally traveled to get my parents and take them medicine then bring them back home with empty hands so sad!!

I own my own travel agency and have visited hotels all over the world. My experience here was one of the best….. Rosalina at the front desk paid attention to detail….she was very helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate us. We will definitely stay here again Rochelle G Houma, La.
