We tried to help a homeless man out and get a room the lady at the front was supper rude and didn’t want to help us out. I have never experienced such horrible customer service and even felt racist...

I definitely DO NOT recommend! My family & I were stuck in Dallas Tx without electricity, we finally were able to find shelter with electricity (Spanish trail) and they didn’t have a working heater...
