There are to many cockroaches in my room and the carpet renia a bad smell..plus you feel in the hungry smell of damp I claim you for that and they did nothing just a cheap liquid..never clean and charge so expensive and terrible service do not be left with returning to that place

Although the price was very good, but we had some issues in both sides. We, our family we were there for our brothers funeral we had a total of 8 rooms with a total of 18 nights some stayed for 3, 2 or 1 nights. We decided to help out my family by paying all rooms and we know for a fact that we indicated who was checking in and checking out on different days. It took us about 2 hours to get everything done, my mistake was they give me everyone’s room keys I thought I was to give it to everyone my misunderstanding didn’t know since I don’t stay in hotels often, that when they give you the room keys that means you are checked in on that day. Like I said we did indicate check-ins and check outs, their mistake our mistake was taking the keys. So we had to pay for 2 more nights and for 2 rooms. Supposedly the manager said she had to talk to owner and let me know, never got back to me until the last day I checked out I asked if they had resolved the issue and they said they could not refund us those nights even if we didn’t even use the rooms. How sad, there mistake is that WE DID indicate the check ins and outs, our mistake is that we took all keys, but if they would have had a heart and understood what we were going through, burying not just one but two brothers THEY could have honored us those nights if they would have wanted but they didn’t. No heart at this place.

Although the price was very good, one does get what they pay for. The hotel staff were great and so was breakfast. We stayed for three nights. The bed was fine, but the room and especially the bathroom were not clean. The entire place needs a remodel. Showers still have black mold on tile, the woodwork was in poor repair, and rust on the bathroom door hinges. Looked like the carpet had not been cleaned in some time. Maybe this is one of the reasons what the place was so cheap - $59 per night. They need to hire a maintenance person to go through each room and make the necessary repairs. By far, this place was substandard for a Choice Hotel, Comfort Inn. Very disappointed, except for the price.
