HAMPTON INN - SUITES MOUNT PLE

We stayed here on the return leg of our Big 2026 Road Trip. We needed an accessible room, and we were rewarded with a huge room that we almost didn't want to leave. :) Everybody got their own place to sleep and lots of room to spread out. All services were good - internet, ice, breakfast, AC. Walking/rolling distance to several restaurants and other services. A very enjoyable stay.

I've stayed at and coordinated events at a lot of hotels, and the Hampton Inn in Mt. Pleasant has genuinely earned a special place on that list. We've brought our group here multiple times for multi-day events — 60 to 70 guests, both conference rooms fully in use, high demands, long days, and a lot of moving parts. This team has handled every single visit with professionalism, warmth, and a "we'll figure it out" attitude that is increasingly rare. The manager, Cassy, is exceptional. She's responsive, solution-oriented, and truly goes above and beyond to make sure our group is taken care of. Working with her feels like working with a partner, not just a vendor. Whatever we've needed... from room setups to last-minute logistics, she's found a way to make it happen. The maintenance team deserves equal praise. Our point of contact there was consistently present, helpful, and genuinely invested in making our events run smoothly. That level of care from every level of staff is what sets a hotel apart. We've been told we're their largest group, and you'd never know it from the service, they treat us like it's exactly what they were built for. If you're planning a group event in East Texas, stop looking. This is your place. And if you're just passing through Mt. Pleasant, this is hands-down the best hotel in the area. We'll be back. Best place to stay in town hands down. Not only will you find that this is one of the most clean and comfortable stays, but management has a way of making you feel like you belong. Service is top notch (A+) and location is a bonus. If you are looking for a good night's "rest" or even multiple nights, this is the hotel you choose. Period!
