Rude staff that don't understand English. 2 men banged on my door and yelled for me to just OPEN THE DOOR!! when I asked who was knocking! The two men came into my room to inspect the smoke detector then accused me of touching it... I'm 5'3!! and I don't even smoke. Then one of the men took it upon himself to adjust the air conditioner temperature before he left because I had it on FAN! It was a scary and aggressive situation. I felt so unsafe and I had my kids with me. I'll never go back to this location again!!!

Basic, no frills hotel. Beds are okay. No shampoo or conditioner, only a tiny bar of soap. No coffee maker in room nor in the main lobby. Doors and walls in the bathroom could be cleaner. No USB outlets in room to charge smart devices, so bring an adapter. No late checkouts. Next to McDonald’s of you need to grab breakfast. Also, the pool was drained. There is some false advertising on its website (no coffee, no working pool). I’d only stay here again if I had no other choice.

We have stayed here before and it was pretty nice. Now, the whole place smells like smoke of various kinds, the guests were noisier than previous times, dogs barking, and every morning at 9 a.m. they knock on your door "housekeeping" regardless of staying on or checking out. We probably will not stay here again although the location is fabulous.
