HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS HOTEL & SUITES PARIS

We rented a king suite. All of the suites are by the elevator above the lobby. If you're looking for a quiet room, do not rent a suite. It was very loud. We could hear the elevator beeping and people coming and going. Our room was dirty. It had a thick layer of dust that we could stuff in. The curtains were shredded upon check in and we had burnt out light bulbs in the room. I don't know if the condition of the room was because they never rent it or if housekeeping is terrible. The breakfast buffet was good, looked clean, and was well organized. The hotel had adequate parking.

We had 2 adults and 5 young kids and the AC would not stay on and we were sweating and it was in the 40s outside.. I called the front desk and they acted as if I didn’t know how to operate the ac.. the beds were so uncomfortable that we were up most of the night.. the only positive that I can say is that the breakfast was pretty good.. we will not be going back to this location

I have stayed at this hotel two to six times per year for the last eight plus tears. It now needs a major update. Hair in bathroom. Door won’t stay open. Reception has a bad attitude. No recognition for frequent visitors or award status. Stay somewhere else.
