Southern Inn and Suites Pearsall

Was somewhat disappointed in this hotel during our recent stay. We've stayed at this hotel a number of times in the past, but on this particular stay the elevator was out of order. They had signs that stated that a needed part had been ordered, but the elevator had been out of order for over two weeks by that point. The staff are overall very nice and doing their best, but I don't think management is willing to spend any money on upkeep.

Lousy owner attitude and lousy service My parents were woken up with a call at 11:30pm because according to the front desk they were making noise and they were asleep. They were threatened with removal from the hotel but they DID NOTHING. I filed my complaint, and the SUPERB owner replied that they were not removed from the hotel, instead of giving him Importance of service and attitude of your staff. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND OR GIVE IT AWAY

Excellent choice to stay on your way through Texas, the room is spacious and the service was good, with a breakfast that fulfills its function.
