Sea and Sands Cottages

We have been visiting Sea and Sand for years now, whenever we can get away! We are kind of particular people, and have two small dogs who are welcomed there for a very small feel. Matthew, the owner/host, is amazing. Very responsive, welcoming, friendly, and accommodates reasonable requests. He's a wealth of information about the island, and fishing! Cottages have central air, and are always clean and well stocked with necessities and dishes. Pay attention to what is provided and what's not. You'll have what you need in the kitchens, but bring you preferred coffee and beach towels. There is free and fast wi-fi in the cottages and at the pool, an onsite fish cleaning station and pool (on separate ends of the property). The cottages have an old school charm, but all the modern comforts. People who stay there are friendly too.

Matt has all of a sudden turned into a real nasty person he has disdain for his job and it certainly transfers onto his treatment of guests. Best I can say is avoid this trap.i will certainly will not return and forget about referrals, as that will also cease. Good luck pal
