Check in was good, room was hot but it got better in the night, front desk was nice about getting me a late check out! Flight was delayed a lot so that was nice 😊

I stayed at Spark for an extended period of time, and the team truly made the experience special. When you are staying somewhere longer than just a quick trip, the people and the environment make all the difference — and this location delivered. PJA at the front desk was absolutely amazing. PJA consistently provided excellent customer service, was friendly, professional, and always did everything possible to accommodate my requests when available. I always felt valued as a guest, and that level of care stands out. Marilou in housekeeping was also wonderful. She took pride in her work, was kind, and helped make my stay comfortable throughout my visit. I truly appreciated having a clean, welcoming space to come back to. I especially loved my corner room — it became my little home away from home. The hotel itself is in such a convenient location: walking distance to shopping and restaurants, right off the freeway, and close to the DART rail, which makes getting around easy. My husband especially loved the breakfast, which became one of his favorite parts of the stay! Honestly, if it were not for the upcoming FIFA demand impacting availability, we would still be there. That says everything about how much we enjoyed our stay. Thank you to the Spark team, especially PJA and Marilou, for making an extended hotel stay feel comfortable, welcoming, and personal.
