Econo Lodge

I recently stayed at the Econo Lodge in San Angelo Texas. Friend of mine told me it was being renovated and that the current staff was polite and considerate so I gave it a try. I must say considering the renovation going on that everything went very well. The staff was not only polite but very accommodating to my request and needs. I would also like to point out that they are the only hotel in San Angelo that is participating in the out of the cold program program to get the homeless off the streets when it's below 35 degrees at night. I thought that not only to be a very nice gesture but a good thing. The manager DJ. Was not only very polite but also very accommodating to my request and my needs. I was allowed to keep my dog with me with no additional fee. They provided sack breakfast so to speak, which consist of your choice of a biscuit and sausage and egg or croissant with bacon or ham or sausage it also comes with juice your choice of apple or orange and a granola bar. I look forward to when the renovations are complete. And will be staying again soon. Clark

I am a traveling nurse and so I work odd hours. The staff here were welcoming and friendly no matter what time I came through. The new manager is making a difference in the way the hotel looks and changing the culture by employing a group of people who really care about the guest and their needs. I will be sure to stay again the next time I am in San Angelo.

The hotel is really coming along. The new look and bright lights make the hotel look and feel safe and welcoming. The staff is friendly and helpful and every one of them that I met in the hall or outside was wearing a smile, The new breakfast was a surprise treat. Bacon egg and cheese biscuits with yummy orange juice. Being able to grab it and get on the road saved us some time and was effortless. We will definitely stay again the next time we visit San Angelo. Keep up the good work guys!
