Baymont Inn Northwest San Antonio/Seaworld

Never imagine that one day you will rob a hotel room. They entered to steal two pairs of tennis shoes from my nephews in my sister-in-law's room, when we were staying. And the hotel managers did nothing.

Dirty dirty dirty! AC and refrigerator rattling all night. Vents are gross, entire Hotel stinks. Service was so-so. Shower head broken, turn hot water on all the way and it only gets warm. I will probably never stay at a Best Western again! We got a “deal” a booking site, now I know why! I will for sure warn every one against this one! Not sure how this one even got the BW+, if this is a plus, I would hate to see a regular! Also very noisy hallways, every time the elevators moves you get woke up! Sure wish I could check out and get my money back!

The room at this BW location was good. The walls seem a bit thin and there is some noise bleed over from the hallway to the room. My air conditioner was too noisy in my room, but put out good air that was cool enough to be tolerable. While the room was above average compared to other budget hotels, the service and breakfast are way above par. I definitely recommend this location for its proximity to downtown San Antonio and value.
