Bad service, and multi problems, valet stole another customers item out of their car, and delayed room service by an hour

horrible service, weren’t allowed into room 1+ hour after check in time , people arrived after us and were checked in, (check in time 3:00, wasn’t checked in til after 4:00)

From the valet to the room service, this place was top tier. Being only a 6 minute walk from the river walk, to the perfect bar. This place is worth a visit. Enrique, Vivian, and Sasan made this the best date night.
