The landscaping company broke my window and although proof was shown to the Manager Norma Ann Perez that the landscaping company lied she cited with them and so did her supervisor Jamie. I went from aug 4th to 27th with no help whatsoever from management. Stayed at this park for 4 years and they choose to ignore my pleas for action and believed a flat out liar. Norma Ann Perez also forged my signature on a contract twice. Don’t stay here and spare yourself grief from these horrible people.

Amazing park; Wendy was a delight to deal with. She ensured our after hours check in was smooth. Was very kind when my children visited the store/arcade. THANK YOU WENDY!!!

My elderly parents are full-time RVers, and I have visited them in many parks, including others in Texas and out in Arizona. This is one the very best they have been in. It is clean, organized, and well-run. My parents' site is level and fairly priced. There are a lot of mature trees that make the park visually appealing and provide important shade in the summer. My family's comfort and happiness are greatly important to me, and they are happy at this location. I have also personally rented a vacation rental cabin at this location, and I was very happy! It was spacious enough for 1-2 people, and it was very very clean. It had everything I needed to cook a meal, including a full size stove (with an oven!) and refrigerator. There were TVs in the living room and bedroom with many cable channel choices. The shower had awesome water pressure and plenty of hot water, and it was cleaner than most hotels I've stayed in. It was also very quiet. Despite being adjacent to 1604, I was not bothered at all by traffic - and I usually sleep with a white noise machine at home because I'm sensitive to noise! There are also a lot of great amenities. My favorite is a lovely above-ground hot tub in the beautiful pool area. I also was able to do all my laundry before going home in the laundry room, which was clean and HUGE! They even have a little library there if you're looking for some reading material during the stay. Norma, the manager, is an absolute gem of a human being and greets everyone with a smile. The maintenance staff, especially Chris, are super friendly and do their jobs quickly and efficiently. I have seen a lot of RV parks in my day and can tell when they are not well-managed. This one very much is!
