The first room on the third floor the heater didn't work and the window wouldn't close. The second rm had the worst roach infestation I had ever seen!! We ordered 19$ roach spray and every time we sprayed roach more kept coming!! We didn't spend spend the night bc it was soo bad and disgusting!! They even started coming on the bed!! We had to end up leaving our silverware and pots and pans because we didn't have enough room to take them. The carpet should be ste cleaned and even after housekeeping mopped the floor it was still sticky and gross. It needs a remodel badbor torn down!! The beds don't come with sheets or any toilet paper or garbage cans. They wouldn't refund ANY money eve though we didn't spend the night!! Do NOT go there!! Save your money!!

We stayed here for 2 months for work. No issues while here. Security guards on premise in the evening and weekends. Laundry was included with price. Gym on premise. Great restaurants not too far away.

When I arrived in my room the towels were dirty and had hair on them, and the bathroom floor hadn’t been swept, and the dishes were dirty! (Disgusting) I call the front desk and asked for them to be replaced, and room cleaned, was told they would be right up no one ever came. I called the next morning and the guy at the front desk said he would be right up 2 hours went by so I went down my self. He was sitting at the desk (no mask on) looking at his phone. I said I need towels, and my room is still dirty, told me (never looking up from his phone) “ok”and sat there 5 more minutes! (So rude and uncaring) I finally said do I need to do and get them myself? He finally got up and got my towels, but only gave me washcloths just said “the others are drying, sorry” and walked off. Thank God I brought my own towels I had for the pool or we’ve would have had nothing to dry off with. When we can back from Six Flags. I asked the front desk for towels again. The young lady said we’ve run out we only have a certain amount we get a month and due to COVID we are out. A hotel out of towels? Then they did NOT CLEAN THE ROOMS. Said they only do that once a week depending on what floor you’re on! This is what they call following CDC guidelines. It was horrible. DO NOT STAY HERE! I will never stay here again. This place is gross and disgusting.
