Comfort Inn & Suites Near the AT&T Center

We came in around 1. They said we can’t check in yet. Check in is at 3. We could check in if we pay 30$. We left and came back at 5.30. Room not ready. We asked for another room cuz we were tired and ready to settle in. The bathrub faucet you couldn’t fully turn off. Which made a noise during the night. There was a cockroach in the bathroom. We booked 2 nights but left after 1 night. Breakfast wasn’t good. OJ was nasty. Only scrambled eggs, the tray for meat wasn’t even filled up for the whole time we ate. Staff didn’t say good morning or anything. Neighborhood wasn’t very clean

Location was great as It is set back from the main interstate so it's very peaceful and even though the breakfast is the same daily, the eggs are real. No powdered eggs and the staff is friendly. I also came back to a clean room daily and my bed made which by the way are the most comfortable bed I've slept on in a long time. I thought the phrase "get a bed that will make you late to work" was a joke until this last week.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolutely Disgusting Experience – Do Not Stay Here This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever experienced. It was immediately evident that the room had not been properly cleaned before my arrival. There was hair all over the floor and hair in the tub as if someone had shaved and housekeeping never cleaned it. There was brown residue in the sink, stains on the floor, rust and grime around the fixtures, and dirt throughout the room. The photos speak for themselves. I immediately reported the condition of the room to the front desk and requested to be moved. I was told they would notify the manager, but they refused to accommodate me by providing another room. I then requested that my room be thoroughly cleaned the next day, and when I returned, it still had not been properly cleaned. To make matters worse, at breakfast there was a guest with a huge dog right next to the food area. It was absolutely disgusting and completely unsanitary. The location was also disappointing. The hotel is directly across the street from the projects, which added to my concerns about the overall environment and experience. At checkout, I asked to speak with a manager and was told she was already aware of my complaint. The staff refused to provide me with a phone number or email address for management. Cleanliness and basic customer service should be the bare minimum. This property failed on both. Between the filthy room, unsanitary conditions, lack of accommodation, and management’s complete disregard for my concerns, I would never stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
