Great hotel and top-tier service. A special shoutout to Juan at valet—he was exceptionally helpful, friendly, and quick on his feet. He made check-in and check-out an absolute breeze. Will definitely be back!

JESSE the valet totally hooked us up with great info and places to check out that we wouldn't have found without him. He was fast, charming, and very knowledgeable about the area. Very willing to help out. The front desk guy gave my wife a hard time but we will still return. Just because of the location and JESSE

So, I have to say the hotel was very nice and the staff awesome. The elevator was broke for the garage and the valet staff drove you down or up in a golf cart. After being here for several days Matlo was Awesome. He would follow my car up and take me down. He is not only polite, but he remembers his customers and is awesome. I had an emergency one night and he was only to kind to rush me to my car so that I could do what needed done. The only BAD THING was the hot tub did not work, it was hot but had no bubbles.
