Doubletree San Antonio Downtown

Stayed this week for a work meeting and really enjoyed my stay. The front desk staff was professional, courteous and super helpful, amenities were good, bar staff was super cool, and the shuttle driver was the sweetest. Really a great experience, will be returning

The shuttle doesn't run to the Amtrak station... in fact, it doesn't run at all. Even though it is listed as an amenity, it isn't running at all for a four-day stay. The restaurant is closed due to staffing issues. The pool has issues and the toilet in our room was broken.

Lovely public areas. bar and restaurant very good. Room was clean but a bit tired we thought . We ate breakfast and dinner in restaurant and thought it good value . Visiting from uk
