Great location close to all the attractions in San Antonio.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! They will charge you a $500 smoking fee after you check out, even if you've never smoked a day in your life!!! They claim to have a smoke detector that detects nicotine smoke but will charge you even if the smoke comes from your hair tools. Tried to fight the charge with the hotel and they basically said there's nothing they can do. After further research and speaking with someone at the hotel (won't say any names), apparently this has been happening A LOT and they will not refund you. Sounds like they are scamming their customers, robbing us blind! I will never step foot in a Wyndym hotel ever again. Bunch of thieves. Unless you have an extra $500 to spare, do not stay here.

This hotel was a great deal offering a lot of value. The pool and hot tub and breakfast were all bigger than expected and better than expected. The room was a great surprise as it was much bigger than I expected. I would stay here again.
