I Rented a Room for a friend HUGE MISTAKE this is the most FILTHY DIRTY location I have ever been to & I have stay motels in Guatemala w no air condition. This Star Inn hotel will still b the very WORST!!!! The staff are very ignorant & uneducated people who yell & scream at U instead of having a customer service or knowing how to speak like a normal person. This place was not only filthy but scary, the staff believe they can walk in anytime they would like. I would never put anyone thru this again. I would NEVER rent a room for any friends here EVER again. They did NOT stay the night, we did NOT even ask for money bk. We jus fled from this filthy dangerous place. Please DO NOT come to this location !!! Even if they gave us a FREE room the answer would B NOWAY!!! And this is NOT located by Seaworld... It is hidden behind a Valero. If even after reading this u decide to stay there bc u get a discounted room at least bring ur BUG SPRAY

37 years ago my husband and I stayed here on our wedding night in the bridal sweet, it was nice back then. Don't know if they still have it or not, it was a big room above the o We came here today to get away for a couple of days and I'm very disappointed. Luckily I hadn't own cleaning supplies with me. I had to clean the microwave, fridge and tub before we could use them. Also there was only one towel in here and no toilet paper. I called the front desk and they brought some for us pretty quickly. My husband isn't even here yet and I know he's going to be disappointed.

The toilet had poop on the bowl and the bottom of seat, there was urine and dirt behind the seat, the lid had urine on it. There was part of a watermelon in the fridge. The bedside tables were sticky. The floor was so dirty that a clorox wipe would only clean 2-3 tiles before it had to be thrown away. There were stains on the bed spread (hope they were stains) The ceiling had dirt and dust bunnies hanging. There was water and hair in the tray that holds the ice bucket and the sealed plastic glasses had water inside. Twice we asked them to come clean the room and they never showed up. In addition there is a $40 cash deposit and the smoke detector is not present and the phone did not work
